While street parking is limited, several parking garages are available in the neighborhood. Please allow extra time for parking and midtown traffic.

Our accessible seating locations can be removed to accommodate a wheelchair. Our building is ADA-compliant, with an elevator providing access between floors.

How do I contact the box office?
Does Studio Seaview have wheelchair access?
All of our accessible locations are removable to accommodate a wheelchair. The building is fully accessible and there are no steps to enter. Once you are inside, there is elevator access to the theater level.
How can I find more information about accessibility?
When should I arrive for the performance?
The lobby and Bar Petra will be open 60 minutes prior to curtain. Doors to the house open 30 minutes prior to curtain. Please plan to arrive early to allow time for entry and seating. Late seating is strictly at the discretion of house management, and may not be possible once the performance has begun.
Is recording or photography allowed during the show?
The use of cameras is strictly prohibited during the performance.
Can I bring food and drink into the venue?
We do not allow outside food and beverages to be consumed in the venue. Bar Petra will be open one hour before performance time, and sells a selection of snacks and drinks.
Is there WiFi at Studio Seaview?
Yes, there is free WiFi available for all patrons who are visiting the venue.
Can I bring a bag in if I’m seeing a show?
Guests are allowed to bring small bags that fit underneath the theater seats. We do not currently provide coat check.
Is there a coat check at the venue?
We do not currently provide coat check at Studio Seaview.
What time does Bar Petra open?
Bar Petra will open one hour prior to curtain.
Can I visit the bar if I’m not seeing a show?
At this time, you will need a valid ticket to visit Bar Petra.
Can I exchange or refund my ticket?
Studio Seaview has a strict no-refund or exchange policy. We encourage our ticket buyers to take advantage of “secure my booking,” which provides refund protection at an additional cost.
What happens if a performance is cancelled?
If we need to cancel a performance, you’ll hear from us through the email address you provided when booking tickets. If we cannot offer an alternate performance, a refund of the ticket value will be issued at the point of purchase.
Studio Seaview does its best to accommodate ticket exchanges when availability allows. Exchanges are not guaranteed, and may incur additional costs.
